Corporate culture is about sharing values. That's easier said than
done in a company with over 88,000 employees in more than
30 countries.That's why we've defined shared values and behaviors.
Agreeing on values is important. It lays the foundation for us to
work together successfully across organizational and national
boundaries. It also builds trust--our trust in each other and other
people's trust in our company. On the next page are some of the ways
we foster an employee- and performance-oriented culture at E.ON:
from our newest employees (those who join us as apprentices
and as employees of new E.ON companies) to those who've been
